Thomas J. McAndrew, Esq. is a seasoned litigation attorney with over forty-four (44) years of experience practicing law at the federal, state, and local levels. Attorney McAndrew has extensive experience in civil law, administrative law, employment law and labor related matters including employer defense for unfair labor practices and union elections. He has negotiated in excess of four hundred (400) collective bargaining agreements and has arbitrated in excess of five hundred (500) cases throughout his career.

Attorney McAndrew has represented various public entities and private sector employers and his clients include the likes of non-profit organizations, municipalities, automobile processors and retailers, and product manufacturers and retailers.

Attorney McAndrew has experience representing his clients in mediations, arbitrations, and before state and federal courts and administrative boards as well as various other fora including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Human Rights Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, and State Labor Relation Boards.
